Notification of the transformation of the company and the change of its legal form
Company management board FTL S.A. with its headquarters in Piaseczno, I hereby give notice that on the 3rd day of November, 2017, Company LORO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its headquarters in Piaseczno was transformed into company FTL S.A.
On this day, the transformation of the Company was registered in the Commercial Register of the National Court Register. The transformation does not affect the continuation of the operations of FTL as a going concern. According to the Code of Commercial Companies, FTL S.A. with its headquarters in Piaseczno is the legal successor of the transformed company (general succession). The company will continue to operate under its existing address, tax identification number (NIP), national business registry number (REGON), and bank account number. Only the identification number of the company in the Commercial Register of the National Court Register has changed. The transformation of the Company does not affect the validity of agreements previously concluded by the Company. Please record the aforementioned changes in any relevant registers or records.
